If you have consented to receive text messages from Kearney, you may receive messages related to the following:

A. We use your information to enable user-to-user communication.

• Example: Joe, Project Manager at Kearney, sends a text to you to confirm a meeting
  time.

B. For employees only, Kearney sends group company messages, updates, and other communication through text messages.

• Example: Kearney announcement to its employees to congratulate the
  Communications team on being awarded a large project.

3. Consent

We receive your consent either (1) verbally, during a conversation. This includes asking over the phone or in-person. After we receive your consent, we may communicate by text. Or (2) by Opting In when we collect applicant phone numbers on our website through our employee application. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

By giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Kearney and its employees. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary depending on the type of communication.

4. Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time. To opt-out, email your phone number and STOP to
hr@kearneyaz.com. Email HELP for assistance. Alternatively, you can simply reply STOP to any text message you receive.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data with service providers who assist in delivering our messaging services, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
