The University of Phoenix Stadium was a design build project of a complete telecommunications system consisting of 1 sub-grade level and 4 levels above ground as well as a mechanical penthouse. In addition to seating and concessions, the Stadium houses office space for the Cardinals, AZSTA, the Fiesta Bowl, and 12 locker rooms.
