The MCSO D3 Substation project is a three-phase initiative focused on renovating the existing substation. Phase 1 involved the renovation of the Youngtown substation. Phase 2 included the installation of four temporary trailers to support MCSO operations during Phase 3, which entailed the renovation and expansion of the D3 substation.
