The East Tower Levels 4 through 7, buildout includes cabling for the Nurse Call, Video Security and Access Control, Speakers and DAS Systems including 3 OR’s, PACU bays, exam rooms and Doctors’ offices. The tower will eventually be built out to 16 stories.
The 7-story West Tower expands various clinical programs including the Emergency Dept. (ER), labs, intensive care, med surg and observation beds, radiology, including a new MRI 7T, and other support areas. In addition, approximately 20,000 SF of tenant improvement work is needed to tie into the existing Hospital, including check-in/sub-waiting, conference rooms, office/workrooms, and storage on the first floor and sub-waiting and storage and connection into the existing tower on the second and third floors.
