The Mayo Clinic Southern Expansion project is a combination of renovation and new construction that added a 3-story building which will house a 3T MRI, two new hybrid neurosurgical operating rooms, expanded preparation and recovery rooms, cardiovascular treatment rooms, sterile process, a sleep study center, as well as other support spaces.
