Watermark Complex

The Watermark Complex is located in Tempe, across the river from State Farm. We have been awarded the electrical contract for Phase XXXX and the schedule for completion of this phase is XXXXX, 2018. We will be pursuing the tenant improvement and telecommunications portions of this contract as well, but the award for those will be a few months away.
