Unisource Energy Building

The new headquarters for UniSource Energy Corporation will enable Tucson Electric Power (TEP) to bring more employees together in a solar-powered, energy-efficient building in the heart of downtown Tucson. The new nine-story building will provide 170,000 square feet of office space for more than 425 employees. The building also will include nearly 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space as well as a conference center, meeting rooms and about 500 parking spaces.
