ASU – College Avenue Commons

Kearney is honored to have been chosen for the newest project on the ASU Tempe Campus. This facility will house ASU’s Del Webb School of Construction Management and The School of Sustainable Engineering as well as student recruitment areas, a retail marketplace, 200 seat auditorium, and a new ASU bookstore. The proposed 5 story complex is planned to maximize pedestrian activity on the ground level and to tie into the existing campus urban fabric.
