Kearney has always been committed to providing quality ongoing training as a way to retain a motivated and talented workforce. Below is some of the training that we provide to employees:

OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration - a division of the United States Department of Labor) 10 Hour Training - All of our Field Managers, Van Drivers, and Lead Personnel have ongoing OSHA training and maintain the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certification.

Ongoing Safety Training - All field personnel attend Safety Tool Box Training Meetings on a weekly basis to cover potential safety issues on their jobs.

CPR – All Field Managers and Servicemen are trained in CPR and First Aid and maintain CPR Certifications

Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) - Kearney provides tuition reimbursement for all employees that successfully complete this 4 year Electrical Journeymen Program.

CommScope – One of Kearney’s most valuable Business Partners is CommScope Solutions.  Most of our Telecommunications Technicians receive training and retain Systimax Certifications which enable them to successfully install their products. Cross training with electricians is also available to select individuals.

Sumitomo Air Blown Fiber – Kearney joined with Sumitomo to provide this state of the art method installation at the University of Phoenix Stadium. This technology is highly specialized and many Kearney employees receive training and maintain certifications. 

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Training – Kearney provides ongoing leadership development training for all Managers, Service Technicians, Leads, and Office personnel.
